Cane Corso Excellence
Robert White, Owner & Breeder

I began my journey with the Cane Corso breed in 2001 and since that time, I have only delved deeper into my passion for them. I have dedicated my life to the preservation and improvement of the breed. Countless hours of research are spent pouring over pedigrees, bloodlines, and health issues. All the bloodlines in Excellence kennels have come from some of the best foundation breeders worldwide, including the USA as well as importing from Sicily, Italy, Spain, and in 2017 traveling to Romania to meet and stay with a long-standing breeder for one month. Careful planning and much thought goes into each breeding. I hold back the best puppies from every litter I produce, enabling me to watch them grow and develop. To ensure I am improving in health and genetics, conformation, and temperament, for future generations. Having my kennel outside of Columbus, Ohio on a large piece of land in the country, I am able to offer two outstanding opportunities to new puppy owners. In North America it is very uncommon to be able to see multiple generations of Cane Corso in the same place. Within Excellence kennels there are generations for potential owners to visit and acquaint themselves with, in person, seeing their temperament and type. This allows owners to view first-hand, multiple generations on the property. Also unique to Excellence kennels, I provide one year of basic obedience, breed specific training classes, FREE to my CCE puppy families. This ensures success in pairing new puppies with their families. This training program is an example of the dedication I offer to my puppies and families, going far beyond the lifetime breeder support clause most breeders have, there are many that can attest.

𝑪𝒂𝒏𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒓𝒔𝒐 𝑬𝒙𝒄𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 wholeheartedly believes in raw feeding. Each puppy is weaned onto Inukshuk kibble, to give them the best start at life. We incorporate Inukshuk dog food as well as a raw diet, to all dogs within the kennel. This ensures that they are fed a species-specific diet which is closest to what they would eat in the wild. Always investigating ways to improve their diet, I add to and take away certain foods as I learn more about raw feeding and the varying needs of each dog. I am a proponent and supporter of raw feeding and have been for 20 years. I encourage all new puppy owners to do the same. I have dedicated my life to sharing my love and respect of the Cane Corso and the attributes they should possess. As a preservation breeder, I strive to maintain the traditional Cane Corso.
